With qualified advanced drivers within Velocity Scotland Limited it is not surprising this experience was used for product and rating differentiation:

  • Indentified, designed and introduced a Risk Managed led haulage fleet facility, based on strict acceptance criteria, producing a low claims frequency and loss ratio without any claim capping being applied
  • Created a unique 3 year fleet policy for coach operators allowing them to accurately cost contracts by having knowledge of premiums in advance. A Behavioural Profiling and Risk Management approach was used and all cases earned a maximum profit share at the end of the 3 year period
  • Designed an insurance company’s Fleet Strategy which had profiling and driver management as part of its risk selection criteria
